If you would like to exchange your basket, the easiest way is to place your exchange order online now and place a note in the basket you are returning stating you would like a refund.

Can I return a custom-sized basket?

We understand that in rare cases, a basket made to your exact measurements by Amish Family may not meet your expectations. You can return a custom-sized basket for a refund, less any shipping costs incurred when your order was shipped.
