How long does delivery take?

Our standard "Free Expedited Shipping" service takes 5-7 business days to arrive. Of course, this does not include the day your order ships or any weekends or holidays. Please note that the 5-7 day delivery time applies to all of our regular baskets that are in stock and ready to ship*. Special Order or Custom Baskets require an additional 2-3 weeks to ship. *You can always visit our website above the "Select Decorative Color" box on each basket's description page to see the real-time availability of baskets that are in stock and ready to ship.

Can I receive my order faster?

Yes. We offer an "Expedited Shipping" option, which can be delivered within 2-5 business days (not including the day your order ships, weekends, or holidays). During checkout, you will see the "Expedited Shipping" option available and can select it for $8.95. Please note that Expedited Shipping orders cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. The 2-4 day delivery time applies to all of our regular baskets that are in stock and ready to ship*. Special Order or Custom Baskets require an additional 3-4 weeks to ship.
